Farm Day

We made butter on Farm Day. You put two marbles in every cup with whipping cream. Then we shook the cup for 10 minutes. When we opened the lid it had changed into butter.

The butter tasted delicious on biscuits.

Our class enjoyed seeing the animals from  Farmer Ivey's farm.

100th Day

It is the 100th day of school.

We brought 100 pennies to share with The American Red Cross.

We made a Special 100th Day Snack. It had 10 scoops of goldfish, M&Ms, Cheetos, marshmallows, pretzels, animal crackers, Fruit Loops, Cheerios, Reese's Pieces and popcorn.
It was good!

Mrs. Stutts hid 100 Kisses in our classroom.
We had fun finding them!!

A Windy Day

We are learning about wind. It is moving air. We made windsocks so we could know if it is windy or not windy.

We put stings on our windsocks. Each one was 12 inches. A ruler was used to make sure each string was the right size.

We went outside to check the wind. At the back of the school, there was a strong breeze.

It was not windy in the front of the school. We had to make our own wind by twirling around!!
